Filter/Service and Specialty Pressure Regulators

High flow and good filtration are critically important and the Fairchild Model 63 and slightly wider Model 65 filter service pressure regulators offer world class performance on both counts. In addition to standard products, Specialty Pressure Regulators, such as the Model 2400 standard, low, and high pressure series Motorized Regulators were developed by Fairchild for fast and convenient actuation and automation.

Filter Service Regulators (M63) The Fairchild Model 63 Filter Service Regulator is a general purpose service regulator with an integral 5 micron filter. The Model 63 pressure regulator is well suited to provide good filtration and high flow as it has a standard 5 micron filter and has the highest flow capacity of any regulator in its class. The Fairchild Model 63 will handle a 300 psi, 20 BAR, maximum supply pressure and offers three (3) output pressure ranges from 0.5-30 psi, 0.03-2 BAR, 3-200 kPa, up to 2-120 psi, 0.14-8 BAR, 14-800 kPa. The Fairchild Model 63 pressure regulator offers 25 SCFM, 42.5 m3/hr flow capacity.

Service Regulator (M64) The Fairchild Model 64 Service Regulator is a general purpose regulator (does not have a filter) with wider port to port mounting dimensions (3.15", 80 mm) making it the choice for field replacement of older style Fairchild and competitive service regulators that have wider mounting port spacing. The Fairchild Model 64 will handle a 300 psi, 20 BAR, maximum supply pressure and offers three (3) output pressure ranges from 0.5-30 psi, 0.03-2 BAR, 3-200 kPa, up to 2-120 psi, 0.14-8 BAR, 14-800 kPa. The Fairchild Model 64 pressure regulator offers up to 25 SCFM, 42.5 m3/hr flow capacity.

Stainless Steel Service Regulator (M66) The Fairchild Model 66 is a Stainless Steel Service Regulator for high performance applications with corrosive environments and/or high temperatures. The Model 66 Stainless steel housing and internals, along with its fluorocarbon elastomers are compatible with a wide range of corrosive materials and difficult operating environments. The Fairchild Model 66 pressure regulator will handle a 500 psi, 35 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers five (5) set point pressure ranges from 0-10 psi, 0-0.7 BAR, 0-70 kPa up to 2-150 psi, 0.15-10 BAR, 15-1000 kPa.

Motorized Pressure Regulator (MP2400) The 24CC, 24CS, 24XC and 24XS M/P Converters are Motor Driven Pneumatic Regulators with motor assemblies enclosed in a commercial enclosure, typically used as automation regulators. The explosion proof motor and housing is coupled to a pneumatic regulator assembly to provide the desired operating pressure range for any application. The Fairchild MP2400 motorized regulator line will handle a 500 psi, 35 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers eleven (11) different set point pressure ranges from Vacuum-10 psi, vacuum-0.7 BAR, vacuum-70 kPa up to 2-100 psi, 0.15-7 BAR, 15-700 kPa.

Low Pressure Motorized Pressure Regulator (MP2400) The Model 2400 M/P Low Pressure Converter is also a Motorized Regulator, however, this unit uses a larger diaphragm regulator as its pressure control device to facilitate high accuracy set point control at very low output pressures. The large diaphragm regulator attaches to the motor housing and provides precision control in three (3) available pressure ranges, from 0-20 in water column, up to 0-5 psi. In these configurations, the MP2400Low Pressure motorized regulator will handle a supply pressure up to 150 psi, 10BAR, 1000 kPa.

Plunger Operated Pressure Regulator (M2800) The Fairchild Model 2800 Plunger Operated Regulator is designed for applications requiring more rapid set point adjustment over the pressure range of the unit than conventional control knob models. The Model 2800 pneumatic plunger regulator is recommended for use in a variety of applications where mechanical actuation is required, including control stations and test panels, and in construction machinery and industrial or oil rig control equipment. The Model 2800 pressure regulator will handle a 250 psi, 17 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers four (4) set point pressure ranges from 0.5-10 psi, 0.03-0.7 BAR, 3-70 kPa up to 2-150 psi, 0.15-10 BAR, 15-1000 kPa.

Lever Operated Pressure Regulator (M3400) The Fairchild Model 3400 Lever Operated Pressure Regulator is designed as the combination of a Model 1000 High Flow Pressure Regulator and a hand held operated lever mechanism with 120 degree maximum travel. The Model 3400, offered in four (4) different pressure ranges, is recommended for use in systems requiring the execution of hand operated pressure control such as the control of a throttle in an engine or engine room. The regulator is the logical choice for rapid, "hands on" control in a variety of applications, including construction machinery, industrial and oil rig equipment, and cylinder operation.

Motorized High Pressure Regulator (24XFM) The 24XFM M/P Converter is a Motor Driven Pneumatic Regulator with motor assembly enclosed in a explosion proof housing. The motor is coupled to a no-bleed Model 10 pneumatic regulator assembly to provide the desired operating pressure range for any application. The Fairchild 24XFM motorized regulator line will handle a 500 psi, 35 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers four (4) different set point pressure ranges from 0-30 psig [0-2 bar], to 0-150 psig [0-10 bar].

Vacuum Regulators

Vacuum regulators cover all applications from full vacuum in the Model 17 Vacuum Regulator and Model 18 Vacuum Relief Regulator to those in low pressure and lighter vacuum, handled by the Model 16 Vacuum Regulator and the Model 1600 High Flow Vacuum Regulator.

Vacuum/Positive Pressure Regulator (M16) The Fairchild Model 16 Vacuum Regulator is designed for systems that require system pressure control above and below atmospheric pressure. The Model 16 pneumatic vacuum regulator control sensitivity of 1/2" water column maintain your desired set point regardless of supply pressure/vacuum changes. The Fairchild Model 16 will handle a 250 psi, 17 BAR, maximum supply pressure and offers five (5) output pressure ranges from Vacuum-2 psi, Vacuum-0.15 BAR, Vacuum-15 kPa, up to Vacuum-150 psi, Vacuum-10 BAR, Vacuum-1000 kPa. The Model 16 pneumatic regulator offers up to 40 SCFM, 65 m3/hr positive flow capacity.

Vacuum Regulator (M17) The Fairchild Model 17 Vacuum Regulator is designed for systems that require system vacuum control up to full vacuum. The Model 17 pneumatic vacuum regulator features control sensitivity of 1/2" water column and a balanced supply valve to deliver consistent and reliable accuracy. In fact, it will deliver this performance with a vacuum supply effect of less than 0.15 of any change in supply vacuum. The Fairchild Model 17 will handle a 40 in Hg, 762 Torr, 102 kPa maximum supply vacuum and offers three (3) output vacuum ranges from 0-5 in Hg, 0-127 Torr, 0-17 kPa, up to 0-30 in Hg, 0-762 Torr, 0-102 kPa. The Fairchild Model 17 pneumatic vacuum regulator offers up to 12 SCFM, 20.4 m3/hr flow capacity.

High Flow Vacuum Regulator (M1600A) The Fairchild Model 1600A Vacuum Regulator is designed for systems that require High Flow and system pressure control above and below atmospheric pressure. The Model 1600A precision vacuum regulator features control sensitivity of 1" water column and a balanced supply valve for high precision. The Fairchild Model 1600A will handle a 250 psi, 17 BAR, maximum supply pressure and offers three (3) output pressure ranges from Vacuum-10 psi, Vacuum-0.7 BAR, Vacuum-70 kPa, up to Vacuum-150 psi, Vacuum-10 BAR, Vacuum-1000 kPa. The Fairchild Model 1600A pressure regulator offers up to 28 SCFM, 48 m3/hr vacuum flow capacity.

Vacuum Relief Regulator (M18) The Fairchild Model 18 Vacuum Relief Regulator is designed for systems that require system vacuum control up to full vacuum. The Model 18 pneumatic vacuum relief regulator features control sensitivity of less than 1/8" water column and a balanced supply valve to deliver consistent and reliable accuracy. The Fairchild Model 18 will handle a 30 in Hg, 762 Torr, 102 kPa maximum supply vacuum and offers three (3) relief vacuum ranges from 4 in Hg, 140 mBar, 14 kPa, up to 30 in Hg, 1000 mBar, 100 kPa. The Fairchild Model 18 pneumatic vacuum relief regulator offers up to 8 SCFM, 68 m3/hr flow capacity.

Miniature Pressure Regulators

Our Model 70 miniature regulator offers high precision in a tiny package. The new Model 72 High Performance Miniature Regulator features an improved design for even better performance, while the Model 50 Polymer regulator excels in lightweight, medical or tough applications.

Subminiature Pressure Regulator (M70) The Fairchild Model 70 Precision Miniature Pressure Regulator controls a pressure signal for pneumatic instrumentation applications. This miniature regulator is ideally suited for applications with limited space. In addition, its brass bonnet and valve body makes the M70 an excellent choice for use in sensitive applications. The Fairchild Model 70 features control sensitivity of 2.5" water column and a supply pressure effect of less than 1% to maintain your desired set point regardless of supply pressure changes. The Model 70 brass pressure regulator will handle a 250 psi, 17 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers five (5) set point pressure ranges from 0-5 psi, 0-3.5 BAR, 0-35 kPa up to 2-100 psi, 0.1-7 BAR, 15-700 kPa.

High Performance Miniature Pressure Regulator (M72) The Fairchild Model 72 High Performance Miniature Regulator has a slightly larger footprint than the Model 70, which in conjunction with its over molded pintle valve, provides highly responsive, yet extremely stable operation. The Aluminum bonnet and valve body of the Model 72 makes it a light weight and versatile product. The Fairchild Model 72 pneumatic regulator features control sensitivity of 2" water column and a supply pressure effect of less than 0.5% to maintain set point accuracy regardless of supply pressure changes. The Model 72 pneumatic pressure regulator will handle a 250 psi, 17 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers five (5) set point pressure ranges from 0-5 psi, 0-3.5 BAR, 0-35 kPa up to 2-100 psi, 0.1-7 BAR, 15-700 kPa.

Miniature Pressure Regulator (M55) The Fairchild Model 55 is a Compact Precision Polymer Pressure Regulator for high performance applications where space or weight may be limited or material compatibility concerns dictate use of a polymer construction regulator. The Model 55 pneumatic regulator features control sensitivity of 5" water column to deliver consistent and reliable precision accuracy to maintain your desired set point regardless of supply pressure changes or conditions. The Fairchild Model 55 pressure regulator will handle a 150 psi, 10 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers four (4) set point pressure ranges from 0-10 psi, 0-0.7 BAR, 0-70 kPa up to 2-100 psi, 0.1-7 BAR, 15-700 kPa.
